Because the amount of ideas and energy the pupils of Realt Na Mara put into their two sessions with us was fantastic. We hadn’t expected the levels of interest and cooperation we received… and if it wasn’t for the idea of photographing and scanning their worksheets we might still be writing it all up!
From here until our ‘twin’ public sessions in September, we’ll be
- establishing and formalising a core group to steer the project
- fine-tuning our aims and guiding principles
- designing and instigating both paper and online surveys (as another means of public involvement)
- collating survey and Realt Na Mara inputs to present at the public sessions.
